Ownership of custom automations, workflows, and code built for a specific client engagement is addressed in that engagement's separate agreement. Absent such an agreement, Andrew's Vantage retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, and reusable components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew's Vantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its chat assistant — including reliance on any automated response. Liability arising from a specific client engagement is governed by that engagement's separate agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise.
